We picked up ours a couple months ago (same) and killed the battery on the overnight ride home within a few hours (even though it was plugged in at the dealer all day).
Tip...the rear refridge is constantly powered if the inverter is on; I now keep my inverter off until needed (not to mention I removed the refrigerator and cabinetry for more room to carry my generator

Make sure the battery disconnect switch did not turn / disconnect. You can also check the connections on the roof. Make sure the unit is set for the correct battery type, the instructions of the Go power controller are pretty easy to follow.
