Got new Flagstaff. Trim blew off on Hwy! YIKEs

So we went up to Indiana to get our Flagstaff shamrock hybrid 21dk and we love it buuuuuuuuuut somewhere in Missouri on the hwy I look in my rear view mirror and see something sailing through the wind.
It was the aluminum metal trim piece that goes on the bottom length of the trailer. It was hanging on by a screw. So we just took it off and thank goodness it didnt slash up the side of the trailer while it was whipping around.
But now I dont know what to do. I guess since we have only had it one day should we wait a couple days until the paperwork gets through to Forest River on the sale of it?
I really dont want to put it in the shop for a month.

Can it be easily screwed back on? If the trim is not damaged I think I would just put it back on. If it's damaged, I'd first call my dealer and explain the situation, and assuming it can be re-installed easily, see if they can order a new piece of trim and ship it to you.
