Groaning / moaning sounds
I am not sure where the noise is coming from, however my new Rockwood seems to have groaning and/or moaning sounds coming from either the hitch/sway system or the frame itself. Does anyone have any thoughts? I think I will take it in to have it looked at.

Probably your sway system, but can't say for sure because you didn't post what you have. I greased my hitch and sway bars and the noise went away. A photo would also help.

My equalizer moans and pops when turning corners. It's especially noticeable while pulling to my spot in the Rv park. I've never greased the bars as it is normal when the bars move across the brackets. It's just friction.

Have a Equalizer Brand 4 Point. Groans on turns...could grease it however they indicate it reduces the friction of the hitch with is not as effective controlling sway...works great though...other than the noise no issues...

IMO, no noisy - no workie!
I've come to enjoy the mechanical sounds of the hitch. I know it is connected and working.

Equal-i-zer does have Bracket Jackets that go on the L-brackets and help reduce the noise.

Our TT had a high pitch squeak I noticed when pulling into the neighbourhood, through " solution by dilution" I narrowed it down to the leaf suspension pivots. Greased them and headed out camping. With that and putting some miles on the new TT, when we came home no noise.

I use these and they work great ( assuming the OP has an Equal-I-zer).

I greased my hitch ball and sprayed silicone on the bar seats cut way back on the noise

Not the case with my SwayPro.
My suspension creaks and squeaks loud enough to hear inside my TV with the Windows up. I'm going to disassemble it before my next trip

12K Equalizer here too. I greased the square slots on the hitch as well as the "L" plated and clips to minimize the noise. Did this on my own behalf as noise was horrible. Last month my DW came home from work (she works for our TT dealer) and asked if I was greasing the system, as Equalizer had a warranty claim of the sway bars wearing. This occurred on 1 round trip from Illinois to Washington state.
One note to mention...I don't "slather" it on. I used it according. The grease I'm using us a green high temp grease I bought at Autozone, a couple years back (I thought it was by "Two Guys Garage...something like that).
