It looks the the 'as seen on TV' spray on, Flex Seal stuff.
It comes in colors (including gold) and as you can see, worthless.
Not sure what might take it off without removing more than intended.

Would try a heat gun and an old credit card to try and scrap it off without damaging the camper surface.

Try some denatured alcohol. It won't harm the surface if you don't let it sit for a while.
You'll probably want to take apart all of those seams/seals and re-do them. I just did this on my Rockwood (which looks identical to yours).

Looks like Flex Seal
More important than the looks I would be concerned about prior leaks. Most people would not just spray it on for grins.

How to remove Flex Seal
I agree it looks like Flex-Seal. FlexSeal's own website provides info on how to remove it from different surfaces. Here's the link:

Also I did see comments on their Yahoo group that said a Power Washer works too. I never use a power washer on my trailer because it can mess up the seals and decals, but if you are going to redo all your seals anyway, then perhaps follow the Flex Seal removal steps with acetone or paint thinner and then do the final clean up with a pressure washer. I would be sure to let the trailer have a few days in the hot sun after the removal and before you re-do the seals.

I would be very careful as to what you use. I would think acetone would destroy the surface. Don't ask me how I know.

Be careful with the Goof Off, etc. Try it first in an inconspicuous spot. It can ruin some surfaces.

Denatured alcohol will evaporate to quickly to do any damage to any seals. It won't take the clearcoat off of your car body or RV fiberglass. In fact it evaporates too quickly to clean your roofing before resealing. I've tried it on TPO and it did nothing.

I had to make the rag pretty wet in order to use it. It did work though..
I noticed that some of the glossiness came off if I kept rubbing too long with the wet rag.

So the camper was leaking... interior was completely redone and, well, you seen the remedy for leaks.!.!. So far I've only noted damage to the cargo hold which seems like an easy fix.
Looks like I'll be grabbing the wife's credit card and to head to Lowes for denatured alcohol, acetone, goof off and case of beer. Keep credit card for scraping the weekend away. Stay tuned. Hope to have pics by Monday.

Don't forget the trip to the RV store for the Butyl tape, the Pro-flex, and the Dicor sealant or you'll be re-doing the interior again.
