Hanging a television?

There is a bracket that you're supposed to screw into the back of the television (I haven't bought a tv yet) that is V shaped and slides into a bracket on the wall to hold the television. There is another outside to move the tv outside.

This wall isn't facing a very good direction. for viewing from the couch. Is there an extend/tilt bracket that the provided fitting would work with? Has anyone removed that bracket and installed your own? How does that work with moving the tv outside? What size tv do you use?

I'm hoping to only have to buy this once thanks to the experiences already on this board.

Thanks!

I bought and used this mount.

I was not concerned with moving the TV outside ( I have the same type of mounts outside) so mine are permanently mounted.

here is a thread I started on the mods I did on my camper when I got it. The TV mounting is part of it.

On my 2020 wolf pup, the bracket on the wall was made by Paw... Here is the link that Paw actually gave me for a swing arm bracket, and it requires no additional installation. (My camper came with the Paw plate, for me to use on my own TV.)
