Help BAL Stabilizer Not Working

I have BAL stabilizers on my Rockwood 2703 each corner has a separate switch one just recently stopped working (Front Door Side) the motor still works but it doesn't lower or raise the I am able to raise and lower it manually with the crank.

It seems that the coupler to the 'D' Square now has a space between..Not sure how that could have happened it worked for over two years with no issues not sure how to fix any help appreciated.

Powered C-Jack Manual

As the motor moves the screw back and forth any slop in the coupler gets exaggerated over time and will wallow out the coupler. At least it's pretty easy to repair those units. A couple of screws and slide back the jack and replace the coupling.

I just reread your post. You said that there was a space between the coupler and the square drive (or is it the lead screw)? If so then something has slipped. It could be the motor mounting is loose, or that the screws (item #7 in the manual) on each side of the channel has sheared or came loose and allowed the arm to slide back a little.

If you still have three good functioning ones. Look at one of those to see what is different on the bad one.
