Hybrid pop out issues

A few years ago the canvas parted from my trailer on the upper corner, it is not just the canvas but the plastic piece that connects to the metal outer ridge.

I can not seem to find any parts online to replace. Is there any tips on replacement or has anyone had anything happen similar with this component of the hybrid pop outs?

There may be a label inside on the canvas that has the name of the shop that built the canvas with a code to order.
