Ice Storm clean up and Repairs started

At Christmas we had an Ice Storm that managed to send 4 tree branches through our old campers roof. Today the weather finally cooperated for long enough to patch the holes permanently. Would definitely recommend EternaBond White Roof Seal, the adhesive backing sealed great. Went around all the edges with lap sealant , looked pretty good to me when i was done. The temporary patch I did worked great also, if you have to make an emergency repair keep a can of spray foam insulation handy, sprayed that in the holes and let it expand over filling the hole. It never leaked all winter, I broke off the over fill today and cleaned up the little mess it made with little effort.

Also got some yard work today before the rain started lots of that to go, will be taking care of that all summer should be done by then.

Well the damage to our old trailer didn't seem to make people to uncomfortable didn't even get to put it on the market and had more than one offer to buy it. IT's SOLD that's a wonderful thing.
