Will you have full sewer hook up?
If not you will need heated tape for exposed sewer plumbing.
access to a 100 lb propane tank?

heated tanks etc

Is this a 4 season unit right from the factory? Are the tanks just heated by the furnace or how are they heated? Sorry to hijack your post but it seemed like the most logical place to ask

My bhok does not have heated tanks I wouldn't trust the furnace to keep them fully warm enough not to freeze on the bottom or for that matter on the drain pipes.. which are exposed.
My old tt that I had it had heated elements on the tanks as well as the drain pipes.
