My new Cherokee 234DC came with an insight wireless backup camera. I downloaded the One Control app which works perfect for RV controls (lighting slide out etc) but I cannot get the camera to connect. I scanned the QR code which loaded the Insight SSID I entered the password which I believe was the series of letters and numbers u set the SSID in the QR label but it keeps telling me unable to connect …. Am I missing something?
Did your phone connect to the camera's wifi network? I had to scratch my head for a while with the backup camera until I discovered that you also have to connect the phone to the network it creates, and click to acknowledge that there's no internet connection. Don't forget the running lights have to be on for the camera to get power.

Yeah I did make sure the running lights were on but it will not even find the smaera network when I go into the manual settings for WIFi on my phone - just got off with service and they said there is a chance the camera isnt even connected so I have to check the wiring
