Interior caulking

I want to caulk around the sink in the kitchen and bathroom areas of my Shamrock. I know you can't use just any caulk on the exterior. So, what can I use in those areas?
Thanks in advance

You can use whatever caulk you would use in your house kitchen and bath. The LAP sealant is not necessary on the inside as it is on the outside. Outside - you do not want to use silicone but that can be used inside if you wish.

Just curious why you shouldn't use silicon on the outside, around windows, doors, etc.

Nothing much sticks to silicone - including more silicone. LAP sealant comes in both self-leveling for horizontal surfaces and non-leveling for vertical surfaces and can be layered onto itself when touch up is needed.

I will also add that I learned early on to not use silicone on any outside surface when we had our boats. Again, it had almost no adhesive qualities and would also often peel.
