Charge Wizard" converter 2017 Forester 3051

Dumb question, where is the "Charge Wizard" converter system located in a 2017 Forester 3051?
I upgraded the batteries to 6v deep cycle and seems the batteries not charging under generator or shore power - only charge is while I am driving.

I have to be honest I have never heard of upgrading to 9V batteries are you sure thats what you did. The charge wizard is part of your converter and should charge your batteries when ever you are on shore power or using the generator

Sorry, typo 6v (deep cycle) batteries. I am trying to find the location, and if there is a chance a fuse got blown in the conversion?

For anyone wondering - the converter is located under the fuse panel below the fridge (behind the vent). The converter re-set button is located in the step well behind the house batteries. This concludes your updates! Going camping now...

Me too...

I just installed four 6 volt batteries in our new Rockwood 8299BS and have had the same issue. I've replaced the converter but still no luck. If anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated.
