Led awning lights not working

After 3 years my led awning lights have stopped working on my 2017 wildwood 27dbk. I noticed one time when I turned them on they flashed for a second but did not come on. I’ve checked all fuses including the 2 amp in-line fuse That is in the wall under the access at the rear of the camper. I found one forum that pointed at the RGBW controller in the wall under the same access cover. I replaced this. (About $7 on Amazon). Still doesn’t work. I started checking voltage and have about 13 volts to the controller but only about 7 volts out. Faulty controller? Other ideas? Also, I believe this controller is just for the remote. Anyone just bypassed this so the lights just work from the switch?

Do you also have a remote that you can use to turn those lights on? If so, I have found that my camper sometimes gets “confused” and won’t let me turn those lights on or off, but it eventually works
