Level up system

Went to hook up to my xlr thunderbolt today. Had no power to the level up control panel. Both batters are at 13.6V.
Fuss is good.
All other 12v systems works fine.
Did notice if I move the living room slid in or out it will power up. Both the slide and the level system run off the hydrolic system.
I'm at a loss.

If your batteries show 13.6v, that is your converter charging them from shore power. Fully charged is 12.7v. Seems as though most problems with slide and leveling systems are battery related.
First thing to do is reboot the panel by removing all power. Unplug shore power and disconnect batteries. Also a good time to test batteries while disconnecting after letting them rest a bit to get rid of surface charge. Also check grounds to ensure they are not loose.
If still no luck when powered back up, and batteries are actually good, call LCI tech support. I have had excellent results talking with them.

I just went through a non-functioning 6pt LevelUp. But, my keypad had power and the pump did not. So kind of opposite what you have.
I posted photos and what happened in the Frame, Running Gear section.

Two years ago I had problems with the key pad that was dead, no display, and had to replace it. Not cheap. Around $325 if I remember.

Along this line how do I search the owners manual (xlr nitro) for the level up directions?

While I don't have a XLR Nitro, owners manuals for towables are generic and don't include many specific instructions.

I suggest you visit the Lippert website (manufacturer of Level-Up) and find the manual for the system that you have. (they make several versions of level-Up)

If it is a Lippert system, find your particular system in this master manual: https://support.lci1.com/master-owne...-stabilization
