Lifting TT

Alright, I am getting ready to lift my TT and put on new Good Year Endurance tires and while it is up, grease the axels.

I have a heritage glen 272RLIS with the spread axels. It is 8000#

Question is, how has people lift theirs. I have a trailer aid (never used) but i am not sure if that will be high enough with the spread axel to get one wheel off ground nor not sure how I feel backing such a big TT on the trailer aid.

Or, bottle jack? ( I have leaf springs)
Or, Trolley jack?

If you have used a jack, did you use a jack stand for this job?

I will be doing one at a time, not lifting one whole side.

Thanks.

I used my Trailer Aid and did one wheel at a time. It worked great. Whatever you do don't jack it on the axels!

Bottle jack under the frame as close to the axle as I can get.

Update:

I did use the bottle jack and it worked great. The trailer aid did not get me off the ground at all with the spread axels. New tires on and axel's got all new grease. Very easy job.

Don’t lift on the frame.
Lift on the frame?

Don’t lift using the frame near its end, like using the stabilizers. Unless you like a U shaped RV. Jack the frame near the axles but not on the axle.

I’m going to be changing out all 4 tires soon on my 25 ft travel trailer. When I lift it from the frame am I able to use Jack stands on one side to change all 4 at once or should I just change one side at a time?
