Lippert linc pad issues

Can anyone help me with this lippert linc pad, hub. My dealer has no clue and lippert has no customer service on weekends.

The pad worked while plugged in to the docking station, but lost all apps upon removal. I have fixed this issue and reconnected it to the linc hub.

Now this thing will only operate my led awning lights, no slides or awning. You can hear a clicking noise under the bedroom steps but nothing else.

The switch station has fuses and they are blown. My did the same thing

Thanks, as soon as I figure out where that is ill check out the fuses.

So far I've been pretty disappointed with this thing.

Open up the storage compartment door last of the storage compartment and it is a wood panel and take out the wood panel and that is where you find the fuses five of them the main fuse is 40 amp replace that fuse
