Loose Counter Tops

We have a Rockwood Ultra Light 2017 ws2902 and the counter tops are coming loose. Has anyone else experienced this issue? We have a small cabinet next to the door and the counter top had come loose. After review, the top was secured by a screw to the wall and one from the cabinet to the top that had 3/16" bit or about 2 threads. Also noticed the side panels are loose and not secured to the frame.
We bought our unit new 4 years ago and not very happy with the workmanship.
To repair, thinking about using Silicine to secure the sides and top, anyone have other suggestions?

I think what I would do is adhere a wooden block to the top with a strong adhesive and then secure it to the wall and cabinet. I would do the same in the front to secure it to the cabinet and then chalk any gaps around the cabinet not using silicone.
