You pretty much have to rely on the manual for each individual component that was installed on your unit. We received a stack of booklets on just about every item including the Dexter axles, fridge, water heater, a\c, furnace etc. That collection makes up a service manual of sorts. Not much to say about everything else, its just a box on a frame.
