Smile Making bug screens for curved aluminum windows

I have a 2010 Salem with no screens! The majority of the windows are curved aluminum frames and I want to build screens for them. Any thoughts (other than velro) on how to build a framed screen that can attach to the aluminum frame (not magnetic) The top corners are ninety degrees and the bottom corners are curved, making a traditional aluminum frame not possible as it will no fit in.
Does anyone have a picture of the factory screens that might come with ANY model that has curved frames where the screen fits.
P.S. I do not want to use velcro as it looks unfinished and making fabric seams for the edge will be costly and tricky to sew.
Thanks if you can offer any positive suggestions!
