need help with electric jack

I have a Bulldog electric jack. I went too low and now it won't go up or down. Any ideas what to look for?

The inline fuse may be blown?

I have a Bull Dog also. There is an in-line fuse along the frame. It a 30A spade type. If that is good, try using the manual tool and raising it a little. Sometimes there can be a bad spot. Did that to my sister-in-law's and it took right off after that.

Thanks for the response. I could not find a fuse on the Bull Dog, but I had installed one between it and the battery. The fuse was blown, so replaced it and blew it right away. So I used the manual tool and moved it just slightly, replaced the fuse again and low and behold got it working correctly again. Interestingly enough, I sent Bull Dog an email and never got a response from them. Thanks again.

You probably bound the motor/jack screw when you went too low.
The amperage the motor needed to overcome the binding condition was more than the fuse could stand. Once you released the bind (by turning manually) then all is well again.
Contacting Bulldog is pointless as there really wasn't anything wrong but it's also wrong they didn't respond.
