New 2021 182dbu problems

I have a brand new 2021 clipper 182dbu. And have the following problems:

1) there is a sizable gap (down to the under-coach vapor barrier) between the front floor and the wood framing that comprises the front "cap".

This is visible "under" the front Murphy bed.

2) there is a soft-spongy spot in the floor, running across the trailer, just in front of the door. It runs left-to-right (door to kitchen) - is there a seam in the floor there?

Now I'm concerned that this unit is just structuraly sound.

We took delivery of this camper about 2 weeks ago.

Any idea of what to do? Any advice is appreciated.

I also have the 2021 Clipper 182BDU and have the spongy line that travels from the door to the tall storage area. It's a strait line. I also have the same spot in the hallway just prior to the refrigerator that travels to the closet that holds the table. I'm assuming it's just a joint but we are going to keep an eye on it. We've only had ours a week.

I'm editing this because I did end up finding the gap you're speaking of that runs the length of the camper. I'm adding this to our list of things to be fixed.

How are you liking your camper so far (minor quality faults aside)?

We hand a keystone 1800BH before (same size box) but the new 182DBU feels sooooo much more roomy, much more like a real "house" with enough space to actually store stuff, and sit, and take food. night and day difference.
