Onan generator
Help. My GENERATOR on an 4000ky will not stay running after starting. The gas supply is our fuel tank. We have replaced the air filter, the fuel filter and spark plugs. It is getting gas when checking the flow from the tube. PLEASE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

It should show a code by flashing light. What is the code?

My suspicion would be brushes

The codes are 3 and 6 when I try to start it too much.

Mine needed a fuel pump, it would run for 5-10 minutes then lose prime for some reason. Google the codes.
