Onboard water filter/no more!!!

Took a number of fellow forum members advice and removed the onboard water filter today eliminating the possibility of a disaster waiting to happen. Also I didn't like the idea of having to winterize the trailer with that housing attached. I will run an external filter when needed and be safe. Thanks to all for the number of threads on this subject.
