Oven

I own a rock wood 8327ss. I have to manually light my oven pilot light. Once lit I turn the oven knob to the temp I need. The bar lights up and the oven will heat but shuts off. Any suggestions?

Mine did the same thing. The dealer replaced the pilot assembly, said it was an orifice size issue and it is fine now. Some have stated that it is the relationship between the thermocouple and flame. Maybe so. Under warranty, from the first time we used the oven, the dealer took care it. Not unusual issue with Suburban oven. Lots of blogs on this subject and forum
