Bought in 2018 its a 2019 one year warrantyfrom date of purchace and nothing to do with covid 19 they said there is nothing they can do

It's hard to tell from the pictures, but that looks like more than peeling paint.
The pictures seem to show a 'waffle' pattern in those spots. Could you have failing fiberglass rather than peeling paint?
