pocket door classs c

We have a 2017(built 2016) Forester 3051s. Where the pocket door sits while not opened we noticed that there is some rubbing on the wall and the door. Pushed on the paneling and it seems to be not glued any more. Has anyone had this problem? If so how can you fix it? The bathroom is on the other side. There is no sign that the shower is leaking into the wall,

Thanks

it might be that there is nothing behind the paneling and it is touching the door and the vibration of driving has caused the wear. If there is a stud behind it (find with stud finder) you can pin nail the paneling to the stud. You could also glue a small patch of felt where the rub mark is on the door it would only be visible when the door is closed but would stop further wear. Let the forum know what you do to fix the situation.

yeah I did think of that there is no stud there. I might be able to get there this weekend. It is in storage.

THANKS
