Remote

Have 2019 wildcat Max with the Lippert system and a wireless remote the remote only operates the main slide awning and LED awning light but there are buttons foe the other slide and Jack's but they don't work. Any ideas?

You might try the LCI Components site for instructions on how to program the remote

Can you tell us which remote you have or post a picture of it?
It would also help if you could do the same for the receiver.

Some of those remotes have more functions than the associated receivers have, so there are some functions on the remote that don't operate anything.

If the receiver does match the remote, and the other functions are wired to it, then it just needs to be programed.

I'll get a photo. I've been all over the Lippert site and cannot find any mention of a remote, just the One Control via app, but I don't have a wifi module. That touch pad is really stupid, does nothing beyond accessing the leveling system, did use it to reset level.

So looked at it again. The "bed" moves the bedroom slide, main slide is labeled as such plus awning light and awning. But the jacks don't do anything and don't look like they have any pilot lights. Maybe that's an upgrade? I also have a touch screen but no wifi.

I'd really like the remote to work the jacks as I can't see the pin box from the touch pad in the pass through.

here's the photo of the remote

That's a Linc Analog Remote.
Have you found the receiver that it controls yet? Once you find it, you can look at it and tell if it's a 5 or 8 function receiver.

Here's a post on etrailer on how to program it. How to program a Linc Analog Remote

Thanks, could not find anything before, checked all over LCI site too. I'll check the receiver board for number of outputs.
