Replaced analog thermostat

Replaced my analog thermostat with a digital one. Same brand, Coleman Mack. In fact the new thermostat is a unit recommended to me by someone on the forum.
Anyway, it looked like an easy swap. All the wires matched, same number and colors but now the furnace fan only operates at low speed regardless of the fan switch position. Anyone run into this before?

If your camper is like mine, there's only 1 speed for furnace. The fan speed is for the AC unit
