Replacement J molding

I lifted my Wolfpack 315 5th wheel toy hauler 4" by building a sub frame lift between the frame and spring hangers to match the truck. Now to correct the terrible looking gap between the tires and fenders I would like to replace all of the J molding making it taller so I can drop the fenders down to make everything look proportional again. This would also allow me to swap my steps out for the solid style without having a huge hole under my door. Anyone have a good source to purchase the J molding? All-rite has it but quoted me over $3000. for 70' of it. I have thought about order powdering coated sheets and make it myself but thought I would ask before I did. Also how is the molding attached? Glued on I assume? Any advise or ideas are appreciated. Thanks In advance!
