Replacing Aluminum Body Parts

I had some unknown person back into the curbside aluminum panel between the entrance steps and the fender skirt, damaging both the aluminum skin and the skirt. I have the skirt but need to replace the skin on a 2003 All American Sport 38CKBS the skin is 66 3/4 inches long and 16 inches high.

Can anyone make a suggestion about replacing this part.
