replacing LED

one of the reading lights in my TT apparently partially burnt out, only 2 of the 4 working. so i decided to replace it on taking i apart it appears i am going to have to replace the entire fixture as the LED is hard wired to the fixture. is my assumption correct or can i solder a new one in its place ? if so where can i find a replacement

Your assumption is correct in they are a wafer board bulb. Not easily replaceable.
There are a few companies that make replacements.
Google LED wafer bulbs and you might find something you can solder back on.
