replacing round ceiling diffusers in a FS Sabre 2019

I have a 2019 FS Sabre and want to replace the air diffusers in the bathroom with ones that have a damper, cannot figure how to get the white ceiling one off the heater was a different style and easy to do.

Since the mfg. uses different styles at different times, it would help if you posted a pic of it.

Having said that, if they're like most of them they just pry off. Use a small flat tool (screwdriver like) and pry it down. Don't stick the tool too far under the lip because the collar lip is under there too.
