rotten floor

I purchased a 2011 Rpod 177 a couple months ago. We used it a couple times with no problem. We took it on a 2000 mile round trip to California from Arizona and the bottom front corners began to separate. After getting home I noticed that wood screws were not taking hold in the door jam. I decided to crawl underneath and poke my knife into the floor. The floor appears to be rotted throughout the camper. So my question is can the camper frame be separated from the rest of the camper to replace the floor?

For most ultra-lite trailers, the floor is not much more than Styrofoam and 1/8 plywood made into a sandwich (plywood - styrofoam - plywood). This is relatively strong until it separates most often from water damage.

So a knife might be mostly poking into Styrofoam and the floor might be in better shape than you fear.

This is a set of photos where I replaced parts of the floor in my old camper. Most photos have comments with more information.

Good luck
