Routine Class C chassis (E-350) service in Bay Area CA

I have a 24' Sunseeker purchased new last year. Ford E-350 chassis.

Looking for options locally to get routine service done, e.g. oil, tires, brakes, etc.

So far having a hard time finding too many options, which is not exactly surprising. I'm in East Bay nearish to Hayward. At a high level, I either choose one of these options, or I decide to start doing a lot of these things myself (I have the ability, but prefer not to, I quit servicing my own cars years ago).

Curious what people recommend. Ideally I'd love to use a Ford dealer, but that seems unlikely. The best option I've found is Fairfield (a bit of a hike), but they say they will only do oil changes. I've been told Livermore Fleet Services might help, but they refuse to answer their phone, and their voicemail recording is literally straight out of the insane asylum (not hyperbole... call it).
