rubber mystery

When I started my 2001 Reflection today it sounded strange, like noisy lifters would sound.
When I looked under the Cummins 330 diesel engine there were several 3 to 4 inch pieces of rubber on the ground.
I lifted the bed and engine hatch and the fan belt looks OK.
Any guesses?

Possibly you have an engine mount or mounts coming apart.
