Nothing works, slides, awning, stabilizers and power jack. All other AC items working, the dc lights work. Any suggestions before I make a service call.
Everything you listed is controllable via the remote. It appears that the remote sometimes "locks out" the other controls for those features.
I'm having a similar problem on my brand new 2016 31KQBTS. The switches for my stabilizer jacks stopped working. Unfortunately I did not know about the remote so after checking all the fuses I eventually cranked up the jacks manually. (I found the remote later that day after setting up at the campground... first trip out with it)
I have also found that once you use the remote to turn on the outside LED lighting then the switch inside is worthless (can't even turn the lights off with it)
I'm taking mine in for service for this and several other issues I have found and will let you know the "official solution"
