satellite hookup

We have just purchased a 2012 Forest River 356RL and there seems to be confusion about the satellite hookup, one says it is satellite ready another source says that we will have to rewire inorder to receive HD. Where can I really check to find the correct information.

The unit should have a "satellite in" jack and a "park cable in" on the exterior. I have a 2004 and recieve HD perfectly with the "satellite in" jack on a single coax. I think these guys are confusing the HD and DVR recievers. The HD reciever only needs one coax input from the dish. The DVR has two tuners requiring two coax inputs to use both tuners. The DVR will work on a single input using only one tuner.
