Shockwave Shower problem

So I just purchased a 28ft shockwave fifth wheel. Took it out for it's first trip fourth of July weekend, everything went well with the exception of a few breaking in issues. The main one that has me stuck at the moment is the shower, the tow kick plug that is at the bottom of the tub is stuck closed. Water does slowly drain but a 2 minute shower leaves most if not all of the water still in the shower. I'm a little stumped on how to fix this. Any ideas??

I can't speak from experience with the toe kick you're talking about in your RV but I've seen something similar in residential bathrooms. To release it you just push down to open and push down again to close. The opening is adjustable by unscrewing the drain plug to allow a greater distance from the plug to the tub bottom. If you don't use the tub to bathe in I'd remove it entirely and install a grate over the opening with a screw.

I tried to push it back in but no go. I'm pretty lost at this point.
