Slide out & AC not working

I have a 2014 FR Blue Ridge 5th wheel. I am plugged in to a 50amp service at my house. Slide nor AC is working. Fuses are okay and breakers are not tripped. Help please.
Mitch

Slide out and thermostat should be 12 volt as far as I know. Mine are. So someplace its not working. Do lights work. RV reefer, is that working? Check battery and converter to start.

Yep, slideout is 12v battery powered, while the a/c is 120v AC powered.
Two separate electrical systems.

Hi, welcome to the forum from the Space Coast of Florida...

You say plugged into 50 amps. RV 50amps, not a dryer 30amp..right.

But the thermostat is 12 volt and if that's not working that A/C won't work.

Glad you found the problem.
Sometimes it's the basic thing.
