Any suggestions for problems with slide out. Working fine is what I was told when campers world did slide out maintenance. My bedroom slide only tries to move one side.
I had to push one side out while holding down button

What mechanism do you have on the slide?

Even though I have owned travel trailers since 2002 I am not sure of which mechanism is on the slide. I know that it is not like the slide on my kitchen and dining slide that have rails that they slide out on. The one that I am having trouble with looks like it has tracks on both side. I will take a pic and try to post

I think you have a swhintec (spelled wrong) if it is you probably have to resink the motor, has it got a metal track attached to outside?, on the two sides?

Picture is correct and that is that system, it's a common problem, I don't have it but know more then I want to. I think there is a y tube on it also something in the FRF library, you shouldn't have to take it in. I think all you do is Bring it in under power and hold the bottom for 3 secs. After it is in. You should be doing that anyway, but like I said I think. There are a lot of members with that system, maybe one will see the thread. If your STEALER worked on it he could have caused it to go out of sync. I'll keep an eye on this thread to see if you get help. But I'm pretty sure I'm correct. The system is a piece of crap IMO. Your other slides are Lippert Mecaninal I think from your explanation.

You have a Schwintek Slide. Either it is out of sinc or you may have a pin sheared on one of the shafts going to a gearbox. See the troubleshooting sheet below.

I have a swinteck slide on bedroom. When we got to campground the slide wouldn't go out on both sides. Replies told me to slide in and hold button down for 3 seconds. Does anyone know where controller would be located. This is a 2015 LaCrosse 328.

Thanks
