Soft spots in floor

2012 lacrosse 318bh flooring is soft and springy in areas. Looks like the lack of floor crossmembers. Anyone else have problems with this? What about repairs?

Yes, do you have floor vents for heat/air? This is only speculation, I haven't opened the floor or underbelly covering to inspect, but after doing roof repair ( extensively) the vent system for air conditioner was only voids in the foam insulation, so I am guessing the same for the floor to. Only a cut out in the foam board insulation with plywood 3/8 inch glued to Styrofoam.

These are pictures of air conditioner ducts not filled after final vent in ceiling, caused roof to be weak, I filled section not being used. As I said earlier I am speculating, but I have the same problem in my travel trailer to in the floor.Click image for larger version
