I had a leak under a dishwasher that softened the particle board below the linoleum. This stuff made is so I didn't have to rip out cabinets. It really soaks in and travels to the farthest corners of the soft spots (within reason of course).

West Marine has a product called “get rot” a very similar product can be found at Home Depot. A friend used it to repair his fifth wheel floor, it worked great!
