Floor between bedroom and hall squeaks is this a problem? Can any thing be done to fix it. Doesn't bother me but DW is complaining Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mine has and hasn't when on a concrete slab. Makes me think it is not perfect level. I have seen the board flex on the support in the basement when walked on. Heard some put wood shims in to stop noise. I hope to have auto level and hope that will solve the problem.

On our previous travel trailer the floor squeaked. There was no moisture or structural damage. It seems like they didn't put enough screws from the factory screwing the subfloor down and it would ride up and down as you walked on it causing it to squeak/pop. I found a kit that allowed you to countersink screws and snap the screw heads off under the linoleum flooring. It worked like a charm. I can't remember the name of the kit I used when I get back home on Friday I can send you a picture of the kit I used.
