Sway bars and suspension mods

I’ve seen different posts regarding hellwig sway bars and other suspension mods.
I recently bought a 2018 sunseeker 3010ds. It has the riteride airbags which I thought was supposed to improve the ride. Is there still a big improvement with suspension mods?

If you just bought the rig you may consider putting some miles on it to actually find what it may need or not need. Many times folks spend allot of money putting on must have mods because someone on the forum said they needed it when the original configurations was fine. Just saying give it a try before you buy.

Thanks for the response. Agree. I need to get some distance driving in. Have a couple trips over the next couple months that should give me more insight.

Cblount, we have the 2017 3010 so this is not hearsay or opinion. You can drive it as is. My BIL has one and didn't do what I did to ours.
The coach is long and tall with a substantial rear overhang past the rear wheels and long rear leaf springs. It can tail wag and tilt away from passing trucks causing you to have to saw the steering left right left. That said, It is an awesome rig and we love ours.

Installing a rear track bar, replacing stock sway bars with heavy duty. We also replaced the stock steering dampener with one with a centering spring. After about 3-4k miles, get the alignment set per the specs you will find on this forum for E450 based Class C.
Except the alignment, this is all DIY if you are so inclined.

Enjoy the rig.
