Thermostat help

I have a 2019 puma 28rkss. I keep having to turn off then . On to get heat to turn on sometimes it runs for hours and other times turns back off In a few minutes but want turn back on till I mive thermostat back and forth. Any ideas

Which thermostat and furnace do you have.

If it's digital you may need to reset it.

It is a coleman basic theromstat non digtal. Not Sure on furnace

Furnace should be Atwood or Suburban.
Most of us have replaced the junk analog thermostat, with a digital thermostat.

With that thermostat you can pull the furnace wires off it and short them together and see if the furnace runs continually. If it shuts down when doing that, the problem is in the furnace. If it continues to run until you separate the wires the problem is the thermostat.

next time it does not restart remove the outer cover for the furnace, there's a circuit board with LED, if it's flashing it should have a code you can read. If steady light then it's not a fault and by bypassing it like BamaRambler suggested will at least eliminate that from the equation.
