Okay here goes our new camper has WiFi capability sky ranger. Problem directions are vague as to how to connect it. Do I have buy something? I can’t get tv to connect to internet.

The Sky Ranger router in your new camper is, most likely, the WiFi only model. It will pick up a weak WiFi signal and repeat it as a stronger signal for you to connect to. So the first question to ask is, is there existing WiFi for you to connect to? If there is no existing WiFi signal for the Sky Ranger to connect to, then you won't get internet.

On a computer or phone with WiFi, there should be a specific WiFi connection shown for the sky ranger. You would connect to the WiFi signal and then there should be a webpage that you would go to in order to configure the Sky Ranger to connect to whatever WiFi signal is already available to it.

I would suspect this is probably the manual with the instructions, but you might have a different model:

Also, confirm if the unit is "wifi capable" or if the wifi module is actually included in what you have.
