Using 2 tv's with the powered antenna

I have a 2015 Wildwood X-lite 281QBXL. I am using the powered antenna that it came with and it works perfectly if I hook it up to one tv directly from the coax faceplate. I live 40 miles from St. Louis and I am able to pickup 15 digital channels, which I think is very good. My problem is when I use a splitter and go to 2 tv's it does not work at all on either tv. Do I need a specific splitter or will this not work at all?

You need a diplexer in lieu of the splitter your currently using. Check will the home theater sales person at a place like Bestbuy. They may also suggest a signal splitter that will work. These items should sell for about $10. With the signal splitter you should be able to watch a different channel on each TV at the same time.
