Are you sure it has water in the tank itself (you may still have the bypass valves set for winter). Just turning on the hot water taps will not indicate this if you have the bypass valve incorrect still.

Can you give us more information?
Things like...
Tank type or tankless?
What have you tried to do to make it work?
Brand?
Did it ever work?
Batteries good and 12v supply OK?

Going to take guess and recommend you check small black switch in lower left corner make sure it is on.

Thanks for info. Was asking for neighbor camper. He assured me there is water in the tank. He is frustrated with it and is not going to mess with it anymore. Thanks again.
