Water leak

Hi all,

I have a 2004 SunSeeker 3200 and the floor outside the bathroom seems spongy like water is getting into the wood. I tore up the floor and fixed it once before with sealer and wood filler, and it turned out pretty good. But I never found the source of the leak. I’m suspecting something in the bathroom like a water supply line for the sink or maybe the drain line from the sink to the tank. But I’m not sure which and hit to get to the pipes. I don’t see any leaks directly under the sink but the pipes go through the wall under the vanity so who knows. I guess I’m going to have to open the wall under the vanity and have a look. It doesn’t look fun to get in there.

Any advice? Anyone have a similar leak that they’ve fixed?

The soft floor is outside the bathroom (on the right corner area if you’re in front of the doorway from outside looking into the bathroom). The soft floor also goes into the slide area. In this rv the slide is behind the driver and the jacknife and dining room table are on the slide. The area that’s soft is between the dining room table and the right side of the bathroom wall.

I’ve had a heck of a time finding this damn leak.

Thanks in advance!
Rich

You may want to look at the slide seals and that area it might not be the bathroom piping at all.
