See if you can get to the pump. Disconnect and take out if you can. Use outside 12v power source to see if you can get it to 'turn on'(that will not 'blow' a fuse). 12v battery with wire to + and wire to -. Pump is most likely 'jammed' from non-use and needs a little nudge to get it to spin. If the pump is bad with a new unit the dealer should replace it when you get back.
Also call the dealer right now and let him know of your problem as ask 'him' what he wants 'you' to do. You do not want to mess up your 'warrnty' if he finds out that you are 'working' on a warranty item. Ask suggestions from 'him' and do not tell 'him' you are doing 'self maintenance' at this time on the 'pump'.
